No. The trial asks for a school name, your name, an email and a password. Nothing is charged, and we ask before anything is billed — there is no automatic conversion.
It stays. A lapsed school keeps its records and its address; it simply cannot add new work until the subscription is renewed. The renewal screen stays reachable, and so does the subscription itself, so you can always see what you owe.
The real product, on the same code, with the same offline behaviour. The trial limits learner count and switches off fees and the parent portal. What you are not getting is a separate demonstration build that behaves differently from the paid one.
No. Your address is reserved the moment you register, and the server — not the browser — decides which school a request belongs to. Every signed-in session is checked against it, so a token from one school will not open another school's records.
M-Pesa STK push is the intended first payment route, and it is built into the data model, but no payment provider is connected yet. On the Pro plan it is automatic; on Standard you would currently arrange payment with us directly. We would rather say this plainly than show you a M-Pesa button that does nothing.
Your school gets its own address straight away.
